Spent Xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience! Loved the complimentary cookies and hot cocoa in the lobby, and the fact that the staff was so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the holiday festivities. Also, the rooms were cozy and warm.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit hard to control and sometimes got too stuffy. But honestly, with all the other perks and the holiday vibes, it didn't even matter.
